My first job was working for the family real estate company at age 15. We still had two-page contracts and MLS books the size of a phone directory back then. Needless to say, I've seen a lot change in the industry since. What hasn't changed is the need for good representation when purchasing or selling property. In fact, I'd say it's more necessary than ever before in an age where so much information exists, and the bad appears as relevant as the good. Immersed in the real estate market up and down the Pacific Coast, I offer another perspective beyond the general question of "Is it a good time to buy or sell?" Taking your unique goals and needs into account is my ultimate objective so that you can achieve yours. If you're looking for a broker who not only knows the real estate market but makes your unique needs a priority, you can stop your search here.
Washington is my primary residence, which allows for convenient weekly travel to both Southern California and Scottsdale, Arizona. I also work in both the commercial and residential property markets. While this may be an unconventional approach to business, it gives me a broader perspective, enabling me to best serve my clients. Real estate doesn't just happen where you live, and it's my aim to be the first call for all your real estate portfolio needs. If there's something I'm unable to handle, I will ensure you are in the best possible hands.
In 2007, I found that I could use some of the same skills I apply to represent my clients to represent children in the dependency system. Since then, I have become passionate about my volunteer work as a C.A.S.A. (Court Appointed Special Advocate).
It is my feeling that we all have something we are deeply passionate about and want to make a difference in. This is why when you buy or sell a property with me, I donate a minimum of $250 to your cause, whatever it may be. Just mention seeing this and tell me what you care most about!
